This Tawny is made from a selection of our finest fortified wines, blended every year since 2006 to produce a full yet smooth fortified wine. Aged in traditional oak barrels for up to 14 years, it was finished in Rum barrels for 12 months prior to bottling. These barrels were originally used for maturing Bourbon before spending over 20 years as Rum barrels. These big flavours have combined with our fortified wine to make a uniquely Queensland drop.
